Garden Centre Site Available To Lease

Located on the site of an established and successful retail/countryside attraction with a footfall of circa 430,000 visitors a year, we are offering the opportunity for a new tenant to take on and expand the existing Garden Centre.

The current Garden Centre site has been an important feature for many years and our clients are intending to relocate their existing Events Marquee and thus the new heated and open sales areas of the Garden Centre will be increased significantly.  

Alongside the extension of the Garden Centre, the owners plan to simultaneously open a new Farm Shop, Butchers and Rural Convenience Store at the centre, and this could be incorporated into the extended Garden Centre, along with some of the catering facilities.

A new lease is being offered on terms to be agreed.
